Return Policy


RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF MERCHANDISE

You can exchange or return items purchased online within fifteen (15) days following the reception of your order, provided that these items are returned in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, unaltered, with its price tag and in its original packaging. Shipping and sales tax on shipping are not refundable.

For each request for an exchange or a return of merchandise, you must send an email to ecommerce@deuxpardeux.com including the reason of the return and the original online transaction number. We will then email you a “return number” that you must write onto the return package.

Any item reduced by fifty percent (50%) and more is considered final sale. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges on these items. In addition, no price adjustment shall be granted for a purchase online.

The costs of return are to be paid by the customer. We suggest you use a delivery method which allows you to secure and track your return package. Keep the tracking number of your package for your records. We are not responsible for damaged, misdirected or lost return package.

Please note that only items purchased from this site are applicable to this return policy. If you purchased a Deux par Deux item from a retailer other than deuxpardeux.com, please contact this retailer directly.

In the event of an error on the product(s) or a manufacturing defect, we will assume the cost of returning this(these) item(s).
